Note from the Founder
The idea for Career Space began while I was working as an Assistant Professor. Day after day, I met students who were bright, capable, and full of potential — yet unsure about what course to pursue or which direction to take in their careers. It was in those conversations that I realised how urgently young minds needed guidance. That’s when the seed for Career Space was planted.
I decided to get certified as a career counsellor and officially launched Career Space to help students make informed, confident decisions about their educational and career paths. But as we counselled more and more students, another need became clear. Already certified as Teacher Trainers, we noticed that many teachers around us were struggling — not because they lacked knowledge, but because they lacked support in teaching methodology and pedagogy.
That’s when we expanded our work to include teacher training, with a strong emphasis on inquiry-based learning. Our goal has been to help educators create classrooms where students learn through activities, questions, and exploration — rather than just passive listening.
Along the way, we discovered something else that kept coming up: students struggling with mathematics. That led us to start math workshops tailored to all kinds of learners — to break the fear of math, make it engaging, and most importantly, to help students truly understand and enjoy the subject.
Career Space has grown from a single idea into a multi-dimensional platform focused on career counselling, teacher empowerment, and making math accessible to all. It’s been a journey of learning, listening, and growing — and we’re grateful to everyone who’s been part of it so far.
Thank you for being here.
