Previous Projects

Beyonders Program
(Atria University)
5-day project-based math workshop for 1st-year engineering students; topics: sets, functions, probability, trigonometry, derivatives; hands-on design/test activities (paper-plane) to boost conceptual understanding and teamwork.

Leadership Exploration Workshop
(Primus-B School)
The Leadership workshop was a short, intensive module on leadership styles, resilience, and SMART goals; emphasis on practical case work and facilitator-led reflection. We also conducted a workshop tailored for the MBA cohort with additional support for first-generation/English-medium transition; focused on leadership application
and communication skills.

LaTeX Workshop
(PES University)
Practical training for research scholars covering document
structure, Beamer, equation formatting, and bibliography management to improve academic writing
efficiency.

Teacher-Training Program
(Clarence High School)
Delivered a three-day teacher training at
Clarence High School for over 180 participants (teachers, office staff, and administrators), covering
inquiry-based learning, context-based pedagogy, new-era pedagogical tools, workplace excellence,
and persona-based reflective practice via interactive lectures, microteaching, role-plays, and cohort
lesson-design breakouts.

Training program on Critical Thinking and Creative Problem Solving
(Mount Carmel College)
We ran an applied workshop on critical thinking and creative problem-solving. Students surfaced assumptions in fast warm-ups, then tackled two real-world cases in teams using 5 Whys, claim–evidence–reasoning, decision matrices, and SCAMPER. After pressure-testing options, they delivered concise recommendations with clear rationales. We closed by mapping the same toolkit to coursework, internships, and early-career projects.
